Please note: This site is now woefully out of date. It has even been
brought to my attention that some of my sources were not entirely accurate. However,
I have no interest to fix these things. This site is now merely kept around for

This site is set up in a non-linear fashion to allow free perusal. It
was done this way because that is the format I prefer when I browse someone
else's site. However, due to popular demand, I have included a "Tour"
option for those who feel they need some direction.
