"Sponsored Project"

A project is "Sponsored" if it has full access to our development and hosting servers, and displays the Tux4Kids logo (or Tux4Kids text, where appropriate) and Tux4Kids URL somewhere in the project's application. This could mean that the application displays the Tux4Kids logo during its initial boot, or displays it on the title screen. The location of the logo and URL is not important. What is important is that the logo and URL be displayed without the user having to do anything out of the ordinary to see the logo and URL.

In those places where the application is not graphical by nature, the application should still display the "Tux4Kids" text and URL.

Sponsored projects have the advantage that when Tux4Kids receives funding or contributions, they are the first projects to be able to gain access to these resources.
