UNIX history is a fascination journey. I have covered only a few of the events that I felt were key in understanding today's UNIX, why it works the way it does, and all the different variations. The history is also complicated and its interpretation is open to personal opinion.

Thus, I am certain that my notes here on it are not necessarily acurate or unbiased.
