LDAP01/Replicate The Server

Find a friend in the room to set up your servers for replication. Decide which one of you will be the master server and which one will be the replica.

For the replica server, clear out your directory (perhaps the easiest way under Debian is to

  # apt-get --purge remove slapd

and then reinstall).

Configure the two systems as detailed in pages 81 through 85.

Verify that replication is taking place.
